Short, because the product is simple. By creating an account you agree to these.

The service

Flagdown finds job postings, scores them against the profile and preferences you give it, and helps you prepare applications. It does not apply on your behalf, does not guarantee any posting is accurate, current or open, and does not guarantee you an interview or a job. Postings belong to the employers and boards that published them.

Your account

One person per account. Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what you submit to employers, including anything drafted with Flagdown's help; read it before you send it.

Acceptable use

Don't scrape, resell or bulk-export the postings, don't try to break in, and don't use the service to spam employers or recruiters.

Paying

The free plan costs nothing. The subscription is the price shown on the pricing page, charged monthly by Stripe (we never see your card) and renewing automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account page; access continues to the end of the period already paid for and nothing further is charged. If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment, email hello@flagdown.live and we refund it in full. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice by email; a change never applies to a period already paid for.

Availability and changes

It's a small service. We aim for it to be up, but it may be down for maintenance or because a job board changed. We may change or retire features with notice on the site.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Flagdown is provided as is, and we are not liable for decisions you make based on it or for postings that turn out to be inaccurate. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending things

You can delete your account at any time. We can close accounts that break these terms.
